You're booked — send your materials | Tucson Trademarks

Your session is on the calendar

You're booked. There's one thing left to do.

Your call is confirmed and a calendar invitation is on its way to your inbox. Before we talk, I need to see your brand materials so I can review them in advance — that's the part that makes this session worth your money.

Please send everything at least 48 hours before your call. If materials arrive later than that, I may not have time to review them properly, and we'll spend the call on background instead of strategy.

Step one of one

Email me your materials

Send whatever you have. You do not need all of it, and nothing needs to be organized or explained — I'd rather see the raw files than a tidy summary.

Send whatever applies

  • Your name or logo — image files, or just type out the exact spelling and styling you use
  • How you're using it — your website, shop listing, packaging, menu, social handles, or a few screenshots
  • What you sell — the products or services the name is attached to, and anything you're planning to add
  • Anything from the USPTO — an office action, a refusal, a filing receipt, a renewal notice, or your serial number
  • Any cease and desist letter — the one you received, or a draft of one you're thinking about sending
  • The competing brand — if someone else is using something close to your name, a link or screenshot

Helpful, not required

  • The date you first used the name in business, even approximately
  • Any state or business registration, LLC filing, or domain records
  • Any prior trademark work — searches, applications, or another attorney's opinion

If a file is too large to email, send it as a shared link from Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud instead. Anything you send is treated as confidential.

What happens between now and your memorandum

  1. 1

    I review your file

Once your materials arrive, I read through them before we talk. You'll get a short confirmation from me that everything came through.

  2. 2

    We talk for 30 minutes

I'll call you at the number in your booking. We spend the time on your actual situation and your options, not on catching me up.

  3. 3

    Your memorandum arrives

Within one week of the call, you receive a written memorandum covering your options, the trade-offs, prioritized next steps, and any deadlines — plus flat-fee quotes for anything you'd like handled.

  4. 4

    You decide, with no pressure

The memorandum is yours to keep whether or not you hire me. If you do move forward on an application within 30 days, your $119 comes off the price.

Need to change something?

Reschedule or cancel using the links in your Calendly confirmation email. If you have a question before the call, or you're not sure whether something is worth sending, just email me — it usually is.
